By using the Alvarez Landscaping website or scheduling our services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Alvarez Landscaping provides professional landscaping services to residential and commercial clients in Central Texas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Scheduling & Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled service without charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $25 cancellation fee.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and cash. All online payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

Limitation of Liability

Alvarez Landscaping liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
